I'm still trying to figure out why the hell you'd want a counter weight sash window in a damn chicken coop. Other than you got more money then you have sense.


Then again this is a $250k chicken coop.

 

Well he is putting a sink in there as well. Next a toilet?

The architects are joking about submitting the coop for an architectural award. I’m not sure they are joking.
I had to get the barn sliding hardware from Great Britain, $2,800. That’s for five openings.

Nothing has been easy in this bid.

 

Tomorrow is the first round of budget talks. If he doesn’t have a stroke, I’ll be breaking ground in 3 weeks. If he does have a stroke, it’ll take me three days to bring the budget down to something reasonable.
