I fit right in. Mexico is cheap, safe if you know where to go and not fuck with any narcos, and great food all over the place.

 

I'm more suited for off grid cabin life somewhere slightly more south than Kentucky. I'd be fine with winter temps around 40° at coldest.

 

I'm better in the southern heat, than the northern cold. I guess I'm used to it. Lived in the California Desert for the first 3 years of my life, then moved to Texas where I've been the past 14 years. Don't see a need to move out of Texas.

 

I plan on taking the camper down there for a trip sometime. Gonna be awesome.

 

Go to Baja. Alot of American surfers there, so the narco violence is not as bad. The cartels on that side are more civilized, as opposed to the narcos on the Texas borders which are ruthless animals.
