I don't think my 48" will even begin to lift a tire.

Get a fab guy to make you some rail adapters so the Hi-Lift hovers over the actual bed.

 

I've got them and my 48" hi-lift is mounted there but want to go up in size due to the lift going up.

 

Worried about a spped bump at the mall breaking the truck? You actualy need a swingout rear bumper. Put the jack behind the spare.

 

That would be tight but I have to run with my tailgate down frequently for longer items in the short bed. Swingout isn't an option at this point

No, it's sunken down a little bit under the bed rail height

 

Ok, then get a fab guy to make you some adapters to hold a 60" Hi-Lift. From one side to the other side is 57" but that is inside the bed perimeter. I might not be making sense, but I'll take pictures and try to explain.
