In 1986/87 I was a senior in high school. I wanted a Supra badly. I still look back fondly at that model. Still a fine, damn good looking car.

I'm supposed to install the new JVC head unit in the daughter's Yaris tomorrow. Delicate work with frozen hands. No longer very fun for me. Went ahead and prepped the wire harness last night. That should help speed things up.

Her expectations are that it will be done. What's weather got to do with it? So she thinks

I've got tons of Mod's to do. Just too cold for things like plastic to bend. I'm smart enough to wait just for frustration sake. It usually takes me longer to run around lookin & buyin parts that I broke than the whole damn install. I so wish I got the heat hooked up in the shop/garage before Winter. This is the last Winter with no heated work area for sure.

It's a chain, and some people down that but they are consistent, they offer great specials, the atmosphere is perfect (I can wear a Taco T Shirt) and overall, the food is damn good! It's our go to for date night. That or we have an authentic Hawaiian place near us. Typically we drop about $120 in each including the tip for dinner. But as I posted above, we have a bunch of food and drinks so I think it's worth it.

Obviously we leave stuffed to the gills and can barely climb into the truck.

    Decided to make some breakfast.

    Started with 2 eggs.

    Whoa! Congrats! It’s twins!

Looked for a great mixture but only had ham. Ok, that’ll have to do. Throw some spices in and a little butter, should warm up nicely.

Come together, right now, under me.....

Throw a dollop of Daisy on top and put the done stamp on it.

What I could have done with some turkey, onions, mushrooms and tomato. Next time, maybe.

I have some sausage but didn't want to open it just for one omelet. Sounds like a Sunday morning breakfast after I get home from work.

Looks delicious! I have never thought of sour cream on eggs before. I only use Daisy too. Light. Tastes the same as regular. I bet it would be so good with some Old Bay and Tabasco sauce mixed in it. Or better yet, some Taco seasoning. :hungry:
