Been up by myself for a couple hours now. I hear my 9 yr old stirrin'. Think she and I will go to breakfast on this fine, crisp mornin'.

 

Gettin' ready for final mow/mulch of the year and then I'll change oil, plugs & filters in mower and lawn tractor before tucking the away in garage for winter (I like doing this so they sit with clean oil all winter....they'll get used again in May)....oh, that means the snowblower fills the rotation.

I may be the only person in North America who still uses these. Never breaks down, never runs out of gas or needs to be charged and no freakin strings to replace. I call it the "Armstrong" model.

 

I have 5 Bradford Pears that are just now beginning to even hint at dropping. Always the last trees every year. So my mulching days will extend well into December.

I did winterize the pressure washer the other day though. And I still use those manual trimmers in certain areas.

 

The shot was lungs/ heart. I always split the pelvis to make getting the asshole and bladder out cleaner and easier. That's the only red you see just because of how he's stuffed in the back of the truck.

I'm not a "Texas heart shot" kinda guy.

Had breakfast with my youngest daughter earlier, cleaned up the wife's ride, gonna do my truck next and then mulch some leaves. Oh...and watch some football.
