HA! Just managed to prove 2 board members, 2 finance committee members, and my boss where THEY were wrong (and I was RIGHT) on their math. I had a bid in hand for some HVAC work. My price was $28,931.84. Theirs was $54k and change. They were trying to say MINE was HIGHER. Gathered all the bids...Got them all in one room, and made them admit they were wrong. The bidder that they had walked out saying there was no way my guy could do it that cheap. That's when I informed ALL of them that not only COULD they do it for that price, it was ALREADY DONE. Handed the finance guys the final invoice....And THEN let them know my guy cut the price by an additional $1500.

Don't mess with me guys. I'm good at what I do.

The client wants me to buy him a new generator. He’s giving me his old Rigid, I think it just needs a carburetor cleaning.
What do you guys think of this one?
Westinghouse WGen7500DF Dual Fuel Portable Generator - 7500 Rated Watts & 9500 Peak Watts - Gas or Propane Powered - CARB Compliant https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078964VVX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_SC1rCbD7VHDGF

If its CARB compliant then it shouldn't need cleaning.

Probably a good one....But. I'm addicted to anything Honda, especially their generators.
