:DI was actually looking for a cap for my truck because I needed something to lock up my stuff and at least attempt to hide my stuff. Got tired of going to the grocery store and having to put stuff in the back or have it in the bed and keep thinking something is gonna be missing. I actually found a really good deal on a Tonneau snugtop F2 and I love it;)! The caps were out of my range because I had only had the truck for 2 months so this worked out better IMO! I can still remove it easily with 2 people and it stores my stuff with zero visibility to others. It also locks the tailgate and the top so I don't have to worry about my tailgate being stolen as well. Plus my gas mileage went up a bit as well. Defiantly recommend!

Boy I like the looks of a open bed...but I need a hard cap...I haul tools and stuff all the time and must be able to lock it up? I made a rack for my Hard cap and can haul ladders up there....

Depends on the need. I have a tonneau, but I go naked a lot in the summer when it's warm out (to haul firewood).

BTW, I think the thread title should have been "Cap, Togo, or Naked". I mean, that's what I see when I glance at the title each time anyway...lol.

Topper for me. Gets in the way at times but I have trailers for hauling big things. The rack on top is handy for ladders, kayaks, long pieces of lumber, etc. Nice to have a place to sleep in a Bike Week, etc.

Anyway, it's easy to take the topper off if need be.

been naked until now but got sick of bringing my tools in every night or filling up my back seat. Also handy for putting snowboards in and keeping them out of sight.

I got a extang trifecta and a pop and lock.

Does what it is supposed to, would have got the hard version if its wasn't double the money. Takes 1 minute to take off or put back on once installed which is really handy.

and can still JUST fit my bike with it folded up.

i had a fiberglass shell on my 93 yota. it was nice if i wanted to keep things back there and in a water tight area... but for the most part... it was just plain annoying. i couldnt load my mountain bikes in there without either a. laying them down or b. taking the wheels off. plus i frequently carried other loads back there that could have fit much better had it not been on there

I had a cap, but took it off and am going with the bed tool box right now.

I like to change it up.
