Looking to replace my headlights on my truck with the OEM sport package headlights but didn't want to pay $475 for them. So I saw on ebay two kinds of certified replacement headlights at half the price. One is CAPA and one is NSF. Didn't know aftermarket headlights even needed certifications, figured they should be as good if not better than OEM right? Well obviously they won't be as good but who's better? I don't mind spending the extra money on a certified headlight since the company took the time to actually test them rather than just slap em together and undercut other companies. Or would money be better spent buying the cheapest non-certified $43 dollar headlights, opening them up and do my own shroud painting, possibly do a HID retrofit and reseal them?
