    He's a real hands on guy and his truck is very impressive IMHO.

    I like that too..but id want some type of legs on the top to help hold the weight to set anything on the back of it when its folded down. Don't want all the weigh tbeing supported by whats in the molle packs.

    If you look closely at the finished pics on the platform build, he has some type of brace support bolted in so the board comes down and rests on it.

    He fabricated some type of metal rack that bolts in and supports the weight. Good point though :D

    I have both options. Fridge goes in the box if I'm using the back seats, if I don't need the back seats, it goes in the cab out of the weather.

    This thread is awesome... have had my 2013 double cab for about 6 months now... we do a lot of fishing and camping here, definitely going the overland expedition route with my build (or lack there of at this point.) This thread makes me want to burn through all of my savings to get where you guys are :) Cool stuff!
