Get the 60" I have a 48" and got it from a guy who got the 60" - I was looking to trade up to a 60" myself. Been talking to a few Jeep guys trying to get them to buy a 48 and trade me.

You didn't like the mounting points behind the taillight bulkheads? I cannot imagine having those noisy rattle traps in the cab anywhere/. Way too noisy. Congrats on the dual 480's though. You might want to separate those braided steal leader hoses though. Or at least put an insulator between them The heat those put off is tremendous. Having them touching is not a good thing. Do you have an air dryer inline too?

I didn't want to run intake lines to the cab haha. And surprisingly they aren't that noisy - as long as the seats re in their correct position, they are actually really good for noise suppression. I have noticed they get really hot with constant use (10+ minutes continuous). And no air dryer...I don't run air tools hardly ever. Would you say it's necessary?

i do not hear mine at all. If i have the windows down and radio off. Then i hear them. Driers are for the protection of ALL the components in the system. Especially the metal lines and tanks. FYI - the 'brass' fittings they ship rust. So do the home depot/ lowes fittings. Steel tanks can and will eventually rust. Eventually I want to switch all the fittings to SS and be done with it.

His site was just a reference. You can find them on ebay and such at a discount. Regulators are expensive compared to the bottles. I have seen the bottles as cheap as 50 used on the net with a new hydro on them. Give me a sec.

We shoot PCP's and use the tanks for that mostly. But, like a CO2 canister, you can FILL and run tools off the tanks also. Just need the right fittings and regulator.

I am not sure which is more efficient when it comes to a CO2 vs 4500psi AIR tank. Currently trying to find one of the new 5500psi Luxfer tanks that hit the market. Pricing on them is way too much. Waiting for one to popup on the used market.

Regulators and fittings really drive the price points up there on all the tanks/CO2 etc. Searching around and getting what you are after at a fair price is a challenge. I found mine online and just think I paid in the ~$200 range. Filling up my truck with the 200psi dual OBA setup is nice. When I have these on the truck, makes short work of it too. Issue is always that the OBA is 'free' air. the 4.5tanks are 'paid' air since I do not own a fill station yet. ~$12 and a day or so wait to get one filled at a shop. Or a buddy at the fire station and a couple slices of pizza or similar.

Fire stations sell the old tanks all the time. Have a buddy thats at a station? Ask them about a used tank. See if it is still in hydro. Otherwise, hydro is another 50 out of pocket.
