    Just empty space to fill with whatever you want. They hinged it a little higher I imagine for structural integrity.
    If you buy the kit complete with the goodies rotopax provides, it has an LED light stick, a crappy Swiss army knife (but it has a wine bottle opener so the misses is happy), and a spare set of socks stuffed down in there.


    Ohh.....and apparently so u can lock two of them together :anonymous:
