I've been very fortunate. I got tapped in the rear by a teenager when I first bought my truck 16 years ago. Tiny ding in the bumper. Then about 10 years ago, a college student ran a red turning left, and hit behind the driver side rear wheel. I spun 540°. Had to get a new driveline, rear axle, and bumper.

Heck youre legal nowadays, as long as youre not a federal employee....like myself damn it!! Spent years wishing it was legal, it finally is and i still cant do it lol! Honestly though i could care less these days, grew up i guess...

The door though, FUCK!! It is the worst when its someone else who pulls some dumbass maneuver like that! So frustrating! Its always some stupid ass rig that does it too! Like a minivan!!

What were you up to in utah, if ya dont mind me asking? I love that state for the outdoor and wildlife aspect atleast. I was able to spend a couple months there a while back and just loved it! Really got to check out alot of it with the time i had available! Some things were pretty interesting, like the mormonism end of things. Especially out in the rual areas, it was sorta a culture shock, like dry counties and a whole complete town shut down by 6 o'clock er whatever. I work for the park service and of course had to hit all the parks in utah, went down south to a historical site that was home to well know Mormon that founded several things in utah, cant remember hus name, its right on the end of my tounge dang it! Anyway, that was neat, but to get there we drove through Colorado city! Thats a smaller town that is basically all fundamentalist mormons, they are the ones that still dress in traditional hand made clothing and lost of polygamist's. Its also where that Warren Jeffs guys was from that was big in the news years ago. He was a polygamist that ended up being wanted by the feds, locked up now and they all still worship him!! Anyways, it was really interesting to go through there and see lil kids in yards wearing traditional clothing, it nust felt like going back in time, it was crazy...anyway im rambling now, i just really liked utah!

Arent you guys fully legal down there nowadays? Or can private businesses still discriminate against reefer smokers in cali? Or are you a fed employee too?

Public or private, legal or not doesn't matter.

    But, discrimination?

Lots of public & private sector jobs can set rules that, if you choose not to follow, will "free" you.

Ahh gottcha didnt know if business' could do that or not. Kinda a joke considering alcohol is no different as far as it being a legal drug that you cant be freed from your job for consuming, atleast not on the job of course! I only used the word "discrimination" as it sounded good, lol, didnt meant it in a literal sence...

Agree man. If a guys not under the influence while working than what the issue & who weed and not booze.

I'm one of the lucky guys working in private industry but regulated to random testing. The very word random tells me it's not consistent with 4A. But I like food, clothing & shelter & choose to provide for myself so opted to not risk it.
