I had a dark blue version of that model when I was in college. See the small red emblem above the "JEEP" on the fender? That says "Levi's". They had Levi jean inspired interiors with waist buttons for rivets on the seat, blue denin like seat fabric, etc.

Man, that thing really took off in the lower gears. Mine was manual trans.

Yes, mine's a Levi Edition. Have all three seats in tan denim. Next on the to do list is trans swap to a T18 and re-gear the rear to get more out of the 360. Was a stock rebuild, so HP is only around 200. Plenty of torque tho.

 

Yep, they also had Levi soft tops in other colors. My brother restored a 1968 CJ-5 in the late ‘70’s. He painted it a metallic brown. Purchased a brand new brown Levi top from Jeep and installed new Toyota Celica brown bucket seats. Loved that Jeep, it was supposed to be mine [I was a teenager] when he was ready to sell it but I couldn’t afford it at the time.
