Probably happens too early in the morning for the kind of people who have the cars that would make it fun. Have it at night in a big lit-up area when Vegas is awake.

I mean, serious, the whole town seems like it's on swings and mids. Reminds me of Riyadh. Too hot to do anything during the day, so it all happens at night.
