    Spotted this time machine sitting all alone at the far end of the spectator lot. It's a 1971-1977 Chevy G-10 "Shorty" van. I believe it is in the range of 1975-1977, though I don't know for sure. I believe the paintjob and front grille/headlights to be original from the 1970s, though those American Racing wheels seem to be more 1980s...

    This van appears to be very well cared for, but unfortunately it is a factory A/C-delete van. Installing A/C would probably mean cutting through the dash to install vents (non-A/C G-series vans did not have dash vents all the way up to 1996, when production ended)!

    Either way, this is still a sweet little van!

    I spotted this in a parking lot during a car in downtown Norristown a couple years ago...

    I know it's just a stock 1997-1998 Chevy K1500, but this is a beautiful color (apparently called Copper Metallic, and probably quite rare) that I'd never seen prior to seeing this truck!

    This is identifiable as at least a 1997 by the passenger side "hump" on the dashboard, indicating that it has dual airbags. It is also a base Cheyenne model, but has the upgraded front fascia (dual-quad headlamps instead of the sealed-beam headlamps standard on Cheyenne models) and alloy wheels typically found on top Silverado models. Trucks with these options almost always have A/C, and generally have cruise control, tilt wheel, and a tape deck. Unlike the Silverado models however, they still have crank windows...
