    If you look closely you'll see that the inspection sticker expired in 1999! In Pennsylvania, only passenger vehicles and trucks under a certain weight are required to get an emissions test. All diesel vehicles and all vehicles manufactured prior to 1975 are also exempt from emissions testing. This truck was more than likely registered as an antique in 1998-1999...

    @Iamraiderpower

    Here's something you'd see often...

    A square-body Suburban that is both totally stock and rust-free!

    My buddy's rare '87 Turbo-T Limited. Basically a Grand National without all the black, and loaded up like a Cadillac...it even has a column shift and leather sofa. I have a bunch more pics.

    That's essentially what this car is, with the added "Limited" package, and yeah, it works good! It has about 50,000 miles on it to date.

    My friend is the 2nd owner, and there is a pretty cool story that goes with it. This car was originally special-ordered by/for a GM employee, and wasn't supposed to have been built. This was getting towards the end of a long production year, and GM was having trouble keeping up with orders (this was the last year for the rear-drive GM G-body cars). Some time after the order was placed, the original owner received a letter stating that the car wouldn't be built. Sadness. Weeks later, the dealership called to say the car showed up...do you still want it?

    Is this a Canadian-spec car, or was it brought over from the US?

    Baller. Me and my buddy hauled ass up 128 in MA when we got off duty one weekend. He was in the T-Type, I was in a (LMAO) Geo Storm Gsi. 120mph and he pulled away from me. It was glorious. He was very meticulous in caring for that car, and when he sold it, it had 138k miles on it, and it looked like it had 10k on it......

    Yes, a 1993 Geo Storm Gsi will do 120mph....

    They were available, but rare, and almost non-existent with 2-tone paint, no matter what side of the boarder they were on. Ryan has all of the original documentation, including the cancel letter from GM, window sticker, etc. I read through the folder when he bought the car about 10 years ago. For a car guy like me, it was like finding a lost Hemi Coronet, or COPO car of its day. I think I was more excited than he was!

    I saw a bare bones Grand National that was purposely ordered that way to be a no-frills and no-nonsense muscle car. It was a 1985 or 1986 I believe. It had factory air-conditioning (which actually worked; this was at a car show in 2017), but it had rollup windows and didn't have cruise control or tilt wheel. It even had an AM radio from the factory!
