For those who are looking to fit a child car seat into their Access Cab, the Britax Pioneer works great. I tried a few other low profile car seats, including a Diono, and none of them worked. The issue was always the top tether. The Pioneer's top tether will attach directly to the bracket underneath the headrest, so there is no need to fish it through to the second lower attachment bracket.

My 2-year-old daughter loves riding in the truck by the way.
