    hrm maybe I'll buy one slit just the top of the package and let it sit in the truck for a few days. If it smells up the truck I'll take it back for a refund.

    Well with how cool it is now it might not give you the affect you're wanting. My scan gauge was hitting about 188F in direct sunlight when it was around 115F out. You might want to try turning the oven on to around 180 or so, turn off the element(s) and stick it in there for a half hour or so and see how that goes.
