Car Trim Home - T10 Nightmare

Ordered the T10 for the TRD Pro from car trim home and after 2 months of trouble shooting with their support and a replacement canbus that was sent out; I still am unable to use my steering wheel controls without it looping them. (Hit volume down once, it will keep going down until muted. Volume up will keep going until maxed on one push)

I ordered this because I've seen them recommended on here and I'm not entirely sure if they are legit customers or not but the support and functionality of this device seems to be about what you should expect when ordering chinese head units.

I really thought being backed by CTH things would be different. Live and learn.

 

Never had any issues with any of the products ordered from their site. Possibly a bad unit? Have they tried swapping that?

 

Return it. If they won't take it back, file a claim through your credit card company.

Life is too short to play the unpaid role of technical support and testing for a company if their product isn't working.

 

I’m having the same issue with mine and my back speakers aren’t working either I have the jbl system
