    Retrofitting a fuel injected motor to have a little bathtub of fuel sloshing around on top? Yea, no thanks

    Just find a mechanic that can fix the issue, it's just a 4 cyl toyota, not a spaceship

    You are going to have a whole different level of issues converting to carb. Least of which is finding a intake manifold that would accept a carb. You are going to have dash lights for days on that conversion. Just stick with EFI.

    Agreed, you'll never get the electronics fooled into operating properly, even with a dash full of warning lights.
