    Where I seen on a YouTube vid about likes dislikes of the 2023 Tacoma V6. The dude say periodically it go in diesel model to recirculate gas emissions to clean out carbon buildup...

    Idk about any diesel operation in these gen3 v6's, but so far my 2020 rips, plus it's fairly quiet compared to other older ones I've heard. Having past Toyotas, I've learned never, never buy a first year model. You're the guinea pig for all their issues to iron out. You want to wait at least to the 3rd year.
