Is that a HP touchpad? What software are you using for the guages. Carbon fiber and guages look nice!

It's an HP Touchpad, but to run Torque I have to use Android which I can dual boot from.. If you need help with setting up androind on HP touchpads hit me up, its super easy to do.

The software I use is Torqure found in the app market, 5$ and an bluetooh OBDII scanner found on Amazon for 20$.

Very nice! I think that if installed this kit on my truck that I'd probably get pissed off fairly easily. lol

Install is very easy on this. Use a heat gun, it really helps out. I started without the heat gun and did 3 or 4 parts till I decided to swap it out.

Beer also helps with a steady hand :)

Sorry if I missed it. But how long did the total installation take. I have a real wood kit from same company, just with so many pieces it looks like it will take forever.
    Thanks in advance

About 2 hours total factoring in time to walk and get fresh beer. It really isn't hard to do, I highly suggest using a heat gun and DRY FIT EVERYTHING first to make sure all cuts are ok.

What wood grain did you go with?

FYI, I just called carID and they will do custom kits of whatever pieces you want. Just to do strip accross the top of glovebox, under climate controls & all the pieces for the lower switch panel in real carbon fiber was gonna be 62.00.

Question for OP.........Do you know what piece numbers the rings around the door handles are? The only ones I could find when talking to carID were part 35 & 36 but those say they are for the back doors of access cab which didn't make sense because those aren't the same as fr/rr doors on double cabs or fronts of RC, AC or DC. Does your schematic show those? They are in pic 18 in your first post that shows armrest/window controls and the ring around the door handles to open door. Not the pull to close the door. The upper ring around the handle. On their schematic those look to be 35 & 36 but are labeled as being for rear doors.

The schematic they gave me is the same on right off the website from carid.com. Mine show parts 25/26 for the front door speaker/handle trim. Your talking about the ring around the tweeter on the front correct?

Yea, I missed out on the big touchpad sale a few months ago, 32 gig for $150. Now that they have ported over the Android OS I will definitely jump on that deal if it happens again. Probably won't happen since they have been discontinued.

The thing is the pics really don't do it justice. When I look over the pic's I don't really like it, when I get in the truck it just all comes together in a nice clean package. It doesn't look like too much carbon since 99% of all the silver is now carbon. My parents both were not impressed with the pics but loved it in person. My mom liked it enough she's ordering a wood grain kit for her truck because she isn't a fan of the sliver either.

And the cool thing with carid.com is you can call and have sample parts shipped out to you so you can see exactly what the product looks like. They do charge but if you buy the dock the amount out of your total or you can send it back and get a refund. I had them ship me ever carbon style they had and super white. I really wanted to do all white but now that I did it I'm really glad I didn't do all white. It would of been way to much.

Probably the firewall where he is. Often pictures on here won't display from my account at work (Air Force Base). Just a little FYI...problem isn't anything you did posting the pics.

Yeah I have a lot of experience with Military firewalls. They are a PAIN IN THE ASS sometimes. But I guess that is the point of them right? :D
