The only problem I would worry about if I did it to my truck would be peeling?

Definitely ricer..clean install, but ricer. You should get a carbon fiber hood and giant wing on your tailgate to match ! :D

No offense, it actually looks ok in your truck. it's just that I live in Hongcouver and carbon fiber has always been the domain of ricers, especially fake carbon fiber. CF just reminds me of certain dudes with CF hoods on their otherwise stock Acura Integra's, and drive wearing fire-proof racing gaunlets :D

    this took, probably, an hour.

had a setup with a hair drier going that i could put emblem/vinyl in and out of.

you won't be able to get in the tight corners 100% but very close. this stuff stretches well, when hot.

the cool thing is that when it is hot it goes into a different state than when it is cool.

it will almost solidify when it cools. you have to pull pretty hard to get this stuff to stretch when cool, but add heat.......almost melt in your hand. very nice stuff

Thanks for the pics sockmonkey, I have some of the fabric that I was going to try the front decal on. If you don't mind can you take a picture a little further away from the vehicle? I'd like to see how it appears from a distance. Thanks in advance and if you don't have time, Thanks anyway.

I was looking around autozone today and saw the same stuff but it was a sticker I think. Might have to try this mode out, cause after all it can be pulled off if I dont like it.

Nice gauge cluster Sockmonkey that does look awesome!
