KB Voodoo fabrications makes several options for tonneau covers working with racks..tall and short..

 

Couple options..bottom two pics are $550 for the rack and a $100 for the tonneau brackets. The top crossbars are $320.."TWHIRISE" is a code that will score you $20 off so it's 300 shipped. I'm debating the top photo because it would be nice to keep my cover on while I fish (and then my shit isnt free for the world to take)...
