Its literally the only thing that helped it. The Dealership refuses to believe its a problem and they wanted me to leave the truck for a couple days to do it so i just bought the damn carista thing. worth every penny. i also changed the amount of times the blinker goes on when i tap it.

Is the consensus to leave noise canceling ON and turn engine noise OFF? Or, both OFF?

Turn both off. I left noise canceling on, but after reading this thread, I turned it off. It’s much better.

Not necessarily quieter, but the weird rumble is gone now.

I'll have to take your word for it. I find it quieter than my wife's '22 Sienna. Not sure if $54 is worth it for now.

    Carista to the rescue.
I first turned off the engine enhancement and still had the 2000rpm drone. I was bummed.
Then I turned off the active noise canceling and it's now quiet.
Haven't driven on the highway yet, but I can confirm the 2000rpm drone was certainly related to the active noise canceling.
If there's a bit of tire or road noise now, I'll take that over constant droning.
