there was maybe 1 jeep there I saw today.

Gotta do what you can do when you can't turn around. never heard of it being more risk though in reverse.

I was standing at the side of the maxpads trying to push it under vehicle, didn't work.

Only in a Yota, can you roll it, push it back over, and drive it an hour home. Thankfully damage was only cosmetic!

Yes tugging in reverse like that you can tear apart the gears. You are spinning the coast side of the planetary gear sets in reverse.

@Brian422 you can just keep that D-ring receiver hitch. looks like you got more use out of it today than I ever have.
@TacoAlaMode I'm glad we were safe in your garage after watching this video.

The back is almost all better. Hopefully we can make the next ride! All that mud would have been a blast on my ATV

I'm torn between "Remind me never to wheel with y'all" and "Let me know when y'all go back out!"

I appreciate the invite, but I only have 2 more weekends for deer hunting and I haven't shot anything this season. I saw a spike on my first trip out and I decided to let him live so that he could grow into something nicer to hang on the wall. Now, I'm kind of wishing that I had gone ahead and taken him as my freezer needs to be restocked. I'm hoping for some better luck this weekend and next.
