I was stationed in DC couple years ago. I'll get drunk and ramble about things you may recognize.

Oh, since any actual mods on my truck are iffy at this point I was thinking about getting those big chariot spikes to stick onto the rims and wheel with those. If all else fails I can cut people in half while we fight off the Huns.

dude I dono, I hope not, the pop only happens when i'm turning the wheels and the suspension is flexing up or down. I'm going to be riding my bike if its the cv's.

if the cv axles were bad wouldnt i be able to grab and pull on the and they will be loose and sloppy? thats not the case with mine, both are tight with the normal amount of play (about 1mm)

Edit: and I'll add that none of this poping BS started until the day after i put on the TC uca's and got it re-aligned. i apologize about this being kinda of a rant, I'm just a bit pissed about the situation and not knowing where its coming from.......

i cant remember if the tc's have uniballs or not, but if so, u need to lune the unoball w/ a penetrating oil, ie PB Blasters. mine does it from time to time...when i lube it, it goes away and tells me i need to do it again later

the tc's do have the uniball but are Teflon lined i thought they would not need to be lubed.

yep "Built using all chromoly tubing and 1" Teflon lined Uniballs"

is there a grease fitting for the uniballs DK?? if not......just spray a lil pb blaster on them......or amybe a bit of brake fluid to them and see if the popping stops.
