IDK about coverage, but I like the rubbery texture and flex of the Husky better.

The east central coast is popular and far better than the lake Of Mexico lol! It is very Hot and Humid most the time here in Clearwater Bch. Of course the farther you head south the hotter it gets. It’ll take some getting used to it unless you’ve experienced that type of weather before.

I'm looking for the most amount of proper motorcycle weather as possible... if we can eliminate the season of winter entirely then great.

My weathertechs are definitely harder than the Huskies, but it's molded to fit and isn't slippery. I do have Huskies in my wifes Rav4. I can't say I notice one over the other. Both cover the floor and make cleaning easy.

March in CA is still pretty chilly. I worked outside in NV for a few years, so I'm used to the heat, albeit dry (120 degree summers what!?) Another big draw to FL for me is MIAMI! Where all the porn stars and cubanitas hang out!!

I think you have a better chance of being eaten by an alligator than a great white

I was gonna buy Husky or Weathertech but then I saw these and liked the way they covered the door sill too. It’s a bad pic but they’re made by Wade and were about the same price as most (FYI. The old towel isn’t really needed but is just there for extra insurance because of my big feet)

Those look very close to the way the Husky fit. The ones for my 2nd gen went up over the sill too I think.

From my research comparing Husky Weatherbeater vs. Weathertech x-act fit. Husky has more coverage up dead pedal and up under the clutch/brake/accelerator. Weathertech has more coverage to the right of the accelerator/up the transmission tunnel.

I ended up going with the Weathertechs since I have a manual and like the extra coverage on the sides especially along the tunnel. Can't go wrong with either option.

I have the weather techs and nothing is wrong with them but if i had to buy it again id go with the Husky liners. They are made of a Little more of a grippy material. The weathertech can get a little slick from time to time when wet/muddy because its made with a hardy material. A buddy got them for his Tacoma and i find them better. Nothing night and day but id go Husky.
