hey guys so iv got a question i have been thinking about replacing my headliner and carpet in the truck and I'm wondering the best way to do it.

iv got a 2nd gen reg cab and I'm thinking about switching it all over to black.

i looked on line and i found a molded replacement for the carpet which looks like i can do myself. has anyone done this before? is it a pita???

    http://www.stockinteriors.com/AutoCarpet.asp?Itemid=13146&MakeId=37&ModelId=412

also i have been looking for a headliner replacement and i can only find years of carpet and just adhesive, this seems like it would be crazy hard to do my self. once again has anyone done this before??

and i guess overall my question is should i attempted to eventually do this myself or should i take it to an upholstery shop??

thanks for the help in advance

the carpet is harder then the headliner only complain about carpet is get the holes just right. the headliner is really easy the hardest part is taking the old material off. i used fleece on the headliner you can see the black carpet in this pic.

looks awesome man, where did you get the carpet from? and i think i can deal with the carpet being a pain but I'm just worried about messing up the headliner and having to start over or needing to more haha
