Carplay issues on 2021 Tacoma

    Same. Did you find a solution?

    Also, sometimes when I turn off the car and turn it back on, the music doesn't play anymore. I have to unplug the usb and plug back in.

    I am having similar problems with my CarPlay on my 2021 Tacoma. Mine extends also into the USB charging in my console. Sometimes when the CarPlay stops working the charging USB in console will also stop working. I am at the dealership now and they are hopefully fixing it now. I finally was able to show the shop manager what was going on. Will try to post what fix happens. I also sometimes lose intermittent over the air radio signal. So my feeling is I may have a bad CarPlay system?

    Update they came back and said it is a cable problem so heading to the store to buy me another cable again.
