Bit of an odd request, but my OCD won’t let me have the black trim that usually comes with the larger screen, Apple CarPlay stereos similar to the Joying head unit. Are there any out there that come with the grey trim?

I was in the same boat a few months ago when I upgraded my audio system and couldn’t find anything that matched the OEM grey/silver. I ended up going with a hidden Bluetooth amp so I could keep all the trim stock, and honestly, I love the setup. If you really want CarPlay though, it seems like all the trim options only come in black for some reason. SEM does make some really high quality spray paint in a bunch of OEM style colors, you could get really close but unfortunately you would have to paint the CarPlay trim.

Well that’s really annoying  I was trying to avoid painting because I suck at it. I have a double din head unit right now, but I really like the android tablet style ones but yeah I can only seem to find the trim in black with those.

I’m 99% sure there is, though I don’t know the exact SEM color name, I’d guess Storm or Warm Gray. The best way to check is through the “Find a Distributor” section on their website to see who sells it in your area. My local auto body paint supply store carries them and has a sample board on display, so you can bring your part in and get a perfect match. Any distributor should have a similar setup to make things easier. SEM is definitely the way to go though, for whatever reason, their satin finish matches way better than the satin options you’ll find from the big box brands.

If I can’t find anything else I guess I’ll be checking this out! Thanks
