I just had the same thing.....vibrations at acceleration. Swapped out all U-Joints and now everything is back to being solid.

I haven't messed with it yet. I don't feel any play in any of the joints it must be out of balance. The u joints are fairly new and it was rebalance last yr when I shortened it for the crawl box. Has less then 10k miles on since the shorten and rebuild.i did remove the dust shields at the carrier though when I installed the solid one. Maybe that is it. The angles should not have changed much to cause it.

I will pull it and have it re balanced soon. I don't daily drive it so it doesn't bother me to much.

idk if the joints are spicer or napa but its been great so far . i noticed the joints are sealed, theres no grease fittings on them, theres only a grease fitting on the slip yoke (i think that's what its called) / part that can slide . it was a easy install anyway right in the driveway

Hi there! I looked around TW for this information, to no success: if I have to replace the driveshaft on a 2010 TRD OR, would be better to go aftermarket or OEM? Thanks for any advice you might have!

    OEM 99% of the time.
Or OEM equivalent is fine usually too.

Don’t need a solid setup for most people unless your shenanigans require it.
