Ok I have a sort of clunk every once in a while going over bumps with my clutch engaged (foot down on clutch pedal). The driveline has no load on it when the clunk happens. Yesterday I was installing my MagnaFLow exhaust and did a little peaking and poking around.

The Carrier bearing seems a bit soft and looks like where the clunk comes from when I punch the drive shaft with the palm of my hand the shaft moves a good bit and I could see the rubber compressing easily and the clunk! Go figure...

Here's my question... it looks like this is nothing new and can be issues when trucks get lifted. Does anyone make an aftermarket carrier bearing that we can lube with a bit stiffer bushing.
