She left today, it was a good truck but the money was too good to be true and can be used for our growing family

Not growing family but new house and so much to do. Backyard needs a pool and that's the main reason I sold.
    Congratulations on the growing family

Carmax gave me about $1k more than Carvana offered. Honestly don’t wanna sell this thing at all, but the fact I can get back what I paid after nearly 40,000 miles is pretty absurd.

is it possible to be emotionally attached to a truck?

selling this thing would get me out of renting and a pretty good downpayment on a house...

I only had my 2020 for a few months and was hard to let go. I am waiting for the exact vehicle I want now. Just think about how you can get a new vehicle down the line. (start fresh again)

depends on how drastic it is probably. I sold them my 2nd gen with 3rd gen shocks on front and an AAL in the rear and they didn’t care. But a 6” drop bracket they’d probably care if you selected no aftermarket on the price tool lol.

I sent them an email at the time asking about an aftermarket stereo too and they said no big deal we don’t care.

Good point guys, from all of you. I think it’ll be a sad couple days, maybe that’s just what happens with your first new vehicle that you worked so hard for, but a house is probably the more financially responsible decision. Millennial probs

Probably going to bite the bullet on this today. Currently has a Borla catback with aftermarket wheels/tires. I can swap the stock wheels/tires over but am struggling to find a stock exhaust. Think I should mention the exhaust to Carvana or just say nothing? FWIW it's a 19 OR with just over 18k miles. Offer is 36k, or 3k more than I paid a year ago.

    Sam

I will not be replacing the Taco. Either gonna daily my wife's GTI while she works from home or I will be daily-ing my E30 until weather turns.

They offered $33,895 three days ago for my 2018 OR, and it went down about $500 when I entered it again today. I'd be upside-down about $1k, but that's nothing to roll into the next car. Just not sure there's anything I'm really wanting other than the Rav4 Prime when it becomes available.

There is none actually because it came from Georgia.

Also, the manual roll down windows have never broken a motor!

So, out of curiosity I checked mine out and they offered me $37,512 for my 2018 Quicksand TRD Sport with 13683 miles!!! It seems like they are paying more for the Sport than the OR(?) Anyways, I’m pulling the trigger and currently looking for a new 2020 TRD Sport. I test drove a black and a silver at my local dealership, the new 2020 model’s responsiveness is better, I’ve never had a complaint with mine but I can feel how they made a huge improvement and tuned the Taco differently for the 2020 models. I’m looking for another quicksand or cement to purchase. Those were my very first options from the very beginning and here I am again, lol. Love these 3rd gens and this is proof enough how they hold their value and people are willing to pay high dollar for them! Btw, those two Tacos I test drove, they sold that day, the black one was on the lot for 3 days and the silver for 1 day.

They offered me $18,600 for my 2013 Trd sport 4x2 DCSB with 101k miles. I’ll pass, if it were 21500-22500 I’d send it off
