When I call Bobby, I explained him that I had a trip planed in two weeks.
He check in the inventory and told me because the tent I want is in his inventory, he can ship it asap and he can give me a with group price discount.

    A+ for Bobby!

Get in on this guys! I bought a Mt. Shasta a couple weeks before this offer, but they had a special on shipping. This is much better. But it is such a good RTT, I can't complain!

 I suspect CVT will now be flooded with calls from people claiming to need their tents ASAP for a previously planned trip

Glad everything worked out for you! Be sure to let us all know your first impressions of the tent!

Yea I'm paying $200 for it to go to my house out of convenience. Not a purchase I want to wait to pick up from someone's house. Lol

    Yeah.
I have already been charged for the tent AND shipping. But I am all alone in Missouri (pronounced "misery"). Bobby's parents live south of me here, so maybe he is helping out a homie and shipping my tent already! Not getting my hopes up.

Same. Im charged the for tent, ladder and shipping. But i told him i wont be combining with anyone so i somewhat expected it. Also these things arent cheap, for him to pay the manufactuerer 20k or what ever it costs him before he ships to us is big money.

Same here...I'm pretty sure it's because we told him we'd be combining shipping. No biggie, the shipping should get charged in a few days when the gb is over.
