    confirmed yes, working 3/4 saturdays every month puts a damper on things. I should just cancel my thanksgiving week off and move it for camping.

    mine was 150, for mt bachelor, east coast.

    so yeah, sounds like its the size if u got one bigger than that? also, how many people are getting them shipped to residence? i think on their website they state its 50 bucks more for that?

    Its not really a big deal. My kelty has a removable rainfly. The ceiling is mesh and gives you a nice view of tye sky you're sleeping under. Also since a large portion of ths ceiling is mesh without the fly it holds little heat for summer months.

    so quick question for anyone that already has one of these tents. does anyone keep it mounted to the truck all the time? reason im asking is cuz i live in an apartment complex and just wondering how these things hold up mounted to the truck all the time.

    i might have a place to store it when not in use, but its not exactly close to my place.

    I believe the cover is very weather resistant. As for theft i look at it like this. If you're willing to invest hundreds or thousands of dollars into something you should be willing to invest 5-10% as much into security for it. My lights, hilift, gas cans, and wheels are all locked or secured with security/tamper resistant fasteners. If a thief really wants something theyre going to get it, but you can take steps to deter, prevent, and make them work for it.
