Okay...installation is 99.9% complete. However...what are the little screws and washers for; I think there is 3 or 4 of them?

I asked Bobby the same question about those self tapping screws. He stated that there should be 4 of them. They are for the mounting rails, you are supposed to use them on each end of the both mounting rails and screw them through the mounting rails into the metal base of the tent to keep them from rattling. After getting this information from Bobby, I took a look at my tent and the mounting rails, they seem pretty sturdy to me just as they are so I felt no need to use the screws. Maybe later on, if they do start to rattle I may use them.

Excellent; I think I will also hold off on mounting those to the rails. Right now it looks like there are pretty secure.

I will post some pictures up later today.

After struggling to try and attach the annex to the bottom of the overhang, I find out that the zipper is sewn on backwards. No wonder the freaken zipper wouldn't bite!!!! Now I'm at a campsite without a annex. Not Bobby's fault at all. The wait for a new annex is 2 months is what he told me. Either that or he suggested that I take it a upholstery place and have them reverse it and he would pay for it. What a stand up guy. He's already done enough so I will see what solution I can find.

well....I didn't even check mine so I guess that is something I shall do when I find time & make sure the zipper is sewn on correctly for my annex

I haven't heard anything yet. But I'm from Canada so he may be trying to get all of his stateside customers taken care of first.

We were lucky enough to meet bobby in Moab and he is one good dude. He really cares about his customers. These tents are sick and so are the awnings.
