    Yeah.
 I have been looking at adding the rotopax mounts to my rack, that rack looks great! Mine is about the same height, so it should work.

That looks like my old set-up. Should have kept that set-up. What is it they say about hindsight?

Damn, you too? Wonder who else with a Rainier has the backwards annex zipper. I count 2 so far.

I finally got mine back from Eastside Tent & Awning and it's all fixed now. The first 2 upholstery shops that I went to wouldn't touch it

And you got a Mt. Shasta correct? So in other words, it's not just the annex's on certain RTT's that got fucked up....it may be all of them?

Guess I really will have to break mine out tomorrow and see if my zipper is fucked or sewn on correctly.

    Good morning All,

A few of you know already but zipper on the annex room of the Mt. Rainier is sewn on backwards. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience. If you will just find a local shop to turn the zipper around and re sew it that would be great. I will pay for it just let them know and I will pay by CC. If you have any other questions please let me know. It is all the Rainier's none of the other models....someone was not paying attention....lol

    Thanks,

    Bobby

wow. Bobby, there aren't words for your customer service.

On a side note, I'm going to take some pictures and maybe draw up some documentation for your end users to put the Shasta together. I was a bit confused when everything arrived, but we got it figured out after staring at it for a few hours. If instructions already exist let me know, I would like to compare what I think I did right to the "proper way".
