Got this, 55" awning with bug net and 99" awning canvas walls. The bigger awning hasn't come yet, but man, the McKinley is sick!

    Lol
I don't know why the picture distorted like that, yes, the roof is bad, but it isn't warped like that. At least I don't think it is.....

*frantically runs home to check the roof*

they are most likely the side ladder supports. I chose not to put them on my bachelor as I found the cover is not reinforced in the areas it hit those braces.

Yep, figured that part out. The new dilemma is missing hardware. No angle pieces to attach those supports the tent, and I've only got 4 bolts left for those, and the 6 holes to mount the rails. Not to mention the plates and bolts for the clamps. :notsure: where those are. Anyone find a hidden bag somewhere I'm just not seeing?

Would bein bag in the actual tent. Check the bag with the stakes and poles.

I made the mistake of not doing that with my awning. Be was wrapped up in it lol bought new bolts for nothing haha

installing my mt hood today, stuck on the ladder.

there are 3 different spots it looks like I could place the ladder, the middle section though doesn't seem like its the appropriate width for the ladder unless I tightened and bent the eyes on the ladder.

do I have to install my ladder to the side instead of centered? any help is appreciated, tried to call bobby with no answer.

what ladder did you get? square legs or round? i believe the different ladders had different widths...that would explain why the holes aren't lining up.

I just put my mt. Hood together last week. Use the center two group of holes for the ladder. The outside group of holes are for the aluminum support brackets. If you have to bend anything you must have a bracket on backwards or something. Hope this helps. I'm not at home right now or I could a picture for you. But Monte may be able to get the picture.

On mine, the pre-drilled holes were for the round legged ladder that came with it. It is a bit wider that the square legged ladder. That could be what you are dealing with.

When I switched to the square legged ladder, I used one set of the pre-drilled holes for one side and drilled a new set for the other side. The ladder is not perfectly centered but it is close enough and works just fine.

    Hope this helps.

    Good morning,

Sorry you are having difficulties. When did you call? The owners manual sucks because I have done upgrades and I have not changed the manual until I make all my changes. Here is a few photos to help. There are extra braces and brackets in with the spring rods. You mount the ladder to the middle ones and the braces to the outside. If you have any other questions please call me on my cell at 541-419-2790. I will be around all weekend.

    Cheers,

    Bobby
