    Mistakes happen... The good people over at CVT sent me the wrong tent and forgot to ship my awning. I know mistakes happen, but I was really looking forward to camping in it this weekend for my wife's birthday. Bummed :(

    Bobby, I'd love to, but as it was when we spoke on the phone, I am going to need to mount this to vertical bed racks and that would require me sawing off part of the rails underneath the tent to have it fit properly. I agree that is a nice offer, however I want your next customer to receive everything in good, working order and I have a friend who had offered to let us borrow a ground tent.

    I wasn't trying to put you guys on blast on TW, I'm more or less trying to battle my wife about where the hell we are going to store this thing until October.

    The rails should be the same for both tents. Make this one work and cut them down and when the correct tent shows up trade the rails out. Just a thought :notsure: @Cascadia Tents

    How far are you from Bedford? Matt at Blueridge Overland Gear might have some room, he's a CVT dealer. Just a thought.

    I'm about 45 mins. Funny thing is, I tried to buy the tent from those guys to begin with and they gave me the run around (never returned my calls, told me they contacted CVT about stock when CVT said they'd never heard from them). If I asked him to store it now, it may get weird since I kinda went over them to get it in the first place.

    Nope. It means 2 people. We do the sizes off my size 5'10" 240 lbs. we don't say it's a 3 person when it is really a 2.

    @JeffP213 sorry to hear that about Blueridge. Matt seemed to be a cool guy when I talked to him and stopped by his place last November to check out his operation. Blueridge seemed to have grow a lot lately, maybe he was stressed out during that time. I know I have been before when customers call.

    Thanks Jeff! I had heard good things about BOG as well, I'm chalking it up to them being busy. I hope to meet those guys in the future and be a potential customer once they get their feet firm on the ground.
