They're roomier than ground tents. My Bachelor (or standard Shasta) is roughly the size of a queen bed, much more comfy than my 2person ground tent
but think about what @JeffP213 and his wife might do in the tent first! o_O

    Not enough...
I am not sure if google is failing me, or if i don't know how to search for things.

Does anyone know what the hell are those 2 straps inside the tent for? I can't figure it out and they are even shown on the CVT site

What is the "belt/loop" that came with my CVT Mt. Bachelor standard? I think it's the same fabric as the annex floor? It's big, maybe the same circumference of the annex and 8" wide. I know I'm not explaining this well but maybe someone can answer. My last RTT only had the PVC floor and the zip-on annex walls, not this extra piece.

It certainly would. I forgot to take one when I was assembling the tent.

I re-read your post and have an idea. I believe there is an extension piece available that zips between the floor, and the bottom of the annex. This is used if your tent sits high and would not allow the PVC floor to be on the ground. If there is a zipper on both sides of this piece I think that could be it.

It's on their website under accessories but of course there isn't a picture...

I cant remember if it has a zipper or not but that sounds like a winner. Thank you!

Lol.. They were a mistake. It was made to go around the outside of your mattress. But you don't need it. Just toss it out.

I ordered a Mt. Shasta Extended Summit Series this weekend for the Black Friday deal. Can't wait to get it in....also took a chance with buying Gray without seeing pictures because I didn't like the green or tan. Anybody have pictures of Gray?
