The only time they mentioned it was during the opening remarks by the defense. I think the defense asked one question relating to that during the entire trial and then just dropped it. I'm kinda leaning towards that being another one of her fabrications, like her jobs, her nanny, etc, etc... I've watched entirely too much of this stuff the last few weeks, that's what happens with evening classes and being home to watch daytime television!

 

The news reported it was due to a contingency that the sheriff's office set up. In the event of a N.G. verdict, they could get the parents home before the crazy people start closing in on their house.

 

Those who are involved in this little girl's death know who they are and have to answer to The Divine when the time comes. For now they have to live with that for the rest of their lives.

This is sickening. The prosecution's case and presentation were a joke especially since the defense's case was just as weak.

If the defense claimed that the little girl drowned at the grandparents home and either of them disposed of the body then should the state try and pursue a case against them? Not likely that they would succeed, and perhaps everybody gets off. Poor girl needs justice.

I cant remember exactly but the duct tape was tied to George and not to Casey at all. George bought the tape, and Georges fingerprints were on the left over tape (nobodies fingerprints on the tape found on caylee). Found in the house does not mean it was hers. Again I think she did it, but without proper evidence you cant convict. Thats America
