I haven't been following the trial like a lot of people have so I don't really know the answer to this.

Who is Caylee's father and what role does he play in this whole thing if any?

 

I dont believe those jurors could have had a combined I.Q. of 50............

 

totaly f'd up!!!!! she will get hers in the end. sad thing is she will walk out, get pregnant and have another child. not counting all the money this bitch will make. makes me sick. granddad always said "big tall tree and a short piece of rope"

shooting would be too quick and easy. slow and painful is what they need. and if it was one of my kids only jury trial would be for what i did to them!

 

I think she did it, but with no murder scene, no murder weapon,no cause of death, no time of death, and no proof that the parents (dad) didnt have something to do with it, she realistically couldnt be convicted.

And I wish people would stop saying that someone is gonna kill her when she gets out. People said that about OJ and nothing happened. If you personally aren't going to kill her than dont open your mouth because every single one of you people are too scared to go through with it.

 

Nope. She can never be tried for this ever again. It's called double jeopardy. She could completely admit to the entire thing and they can't touch her.

when the police ask if she had anything to do with her disappearance and she is found guilty of lying when she said NO, that means she is guilty in my book.

 

saw that at work today. hope she gets hit by a car next time she walks outside. but i hope it doesn't kill her . . . . . i hope the driver gets out of the car and then kills her. fuck that bitch.

i have a severely mentally handicap cousin that some 10 years ago (when she was 2 years old) was shaken while at her baby sitters house. was a trial that went on and off for over 2 years. it was obvious the baby sitter did it and my cousin is going to have to live her (likely very short) life, blind, unable to speak or walk cause of that bitch. . . jury decided that since it wasn't "intentional" she got to walk free. sometimes i can't stand the modern legal system. it needs to go back to the days of Rome. trails the day of, no exception, no nothing. guilty or not the day of. no fucking lawyers. just cut and dry.

 

It's uncertain as to who he is. One story is that his name is Micheal Duggan. But he died in a car crash. They have even tested her own brother as a potential father.

When my brother and his wife had a child my mother was their shadow. It was and is her first grandchild. She flew 3 or 4 time out of state to see my neice for 2 or 3 weeks at a time. My mom was updated almost daily with pictures. If three days went by then she was on the phone. My mom loves her grand kids and wouldn't accept the shit Casey gave her mother....something is soo wrong here in my opinion
