I respect law enforcement but am sooooooo tired of them just sitting and waiting to write speeding tickets. Why don't they patrol areas known for crime etc and quit worrying about catching speeders.

Cause it's part of their job. What if they're sittin their just to get you to slow down? Don't know about you, but I see a cop sitting on the side of the road, I slow down some. No matter how fast I'm going.

Because they try to prevent douche bags from thinking they are in a Vin Diesel movie, wreck their cars, and cause propperty damage, injury, or death to innocent folks. Cops dont wait until they find you going 1 mph over the speed limit, then bust you. Most give 11 mph over, some 15 or more. To add, I dont think there is a line of 500 cops waiting to get the chance to sit in there car and bust you for speeding 'cause thats what they hope and dream of. More than likely, they want to bust the people driveing like the above mentioned doucch bag.

Im closing this thread because of Potatoe. Any questions, feel free to send Potatoe a PM.

And please have a happy Easter. Know that your familly should be safe, as many LEO are still patroling during the holliday.
