Anything new going on Chris? Everything die down after Skips overhaul?

Yeah we did all Skips stuff and my rear suspension and then I did my rear bumper. Other than that it’s been quiet I’m in conservation mode until I get a job at least. I still have to put the extended brake lines on but not in a hurry

No truck:mad:! Greg was suppose to send me pictures after they detailed it. He never did, so I emailed him for 2 days. No response until the 3 day. He gave me the old another salesman sold it out from under him.I was ready to buy it as soon as he sent the pictures. I guess the timing was not right.

    A thing or two...
You quoted the wrong post. However, if you goto the SOS website and price it out, it is somewhere between $1600-2100. It has an option for "add swingout" and another option farther down for "make it a dual swingout". You can select either option or both, and it will give you a different price for each configuration. It should only let you select single, dual, or no swingout, so I don't know which is right.

If you want the dual swingout you have to select both swingout options.

Website is getting updated and worked on as Eddy has the ability to. He knows there are some things that need to get addressed but has chosen to take on the website himself.

I got it on a 20% off sale with no shipping, Skip brought it up here, it was $1650. I ordered a standard rear, dual swingouts, dual jerry can holder (because it will also hold a propane tank), flush mount light cutouts, and had it powder coated. Pretty much every option. I also asked Eddy to add the upper light mount tab. So far I feel it is worth what I paid and he has great customer service. If you ever wish to order email him

Made it back from Asheville last night. I filled up right before we left and set the trip meter. I stopped and filled up again at 1/4 tank trip meter said 263 miles. I forgot to keep receipt but I bought $42.50 worth of fuel @ $2.77 a gallon so I figured it out to 17.2 mpg's. Not bad for a fairly armored truck loaded with about 400 pounds of stuff and driving through the mountains with the AC on
