    maintenance time. I dropped the skids to lube the driveline and decided to go ahead and repaint the skids nd get rid of a little rust. Since I'm not going anywhere I decided to just use up some pait I had in the garage and I was bored so played a little.

    If you actually take it in the context I use where most of my enjoyment with the truck is doing the work on it then no it is not a waste. If your outlook is to look at all the work and money that has gone into it and I never seem to do anything with it then yes it is a waste. It's fun and I enjoy the tinkering though. The debate is open now on what to do with new tires. Just replace with the same as what I have which would be cheaper as I would only need 4 or switch to a different size and model. Will still be a Cooper tire. I am also starting to consider upgrading the front suspension, rear is done atleast for now, and I have no idea which direction to head.
