Came to use you for reference on what color I want to do the plate bumper. thought about the white, but I'm just gonna stick with black. Easy to hit with a rattle can and black hides scratches better.

Anyways, how are you doing Chris?

Doing ok just going to work and trying to stay to myself I have no desire to catch this crap. I have been lucky so far. If you are painting the bumper then yes black is easier especially to touch up. If you use DIY beadliner still coat it with 2-3 good coats of satin black spray paint as the DIY bedliner has very little if any UV protection. My bumpers are coated with tintable bedliner so yes they are body color but also very durable and I can touch up with a paint pen if need be.

I had a month off work which was weird but now I'm back and I still don't have any actual work to do. o_O You know, call me in because I'm 'essential' then have me sit around?
My wife is high risk in 3 or 4 categories so the time being at home was a blessing. Seems a bit premature to start opening things back up.
Yeah just going to do black rattle probably with a nice primer underneath. Several coats and then on the truck haha. I haven't even paid for it yet! Waiting for a group buy to fill up.:fingerscrossed:

I've dabbled. I wouldn't call myself certifiable by any means and I haven't touched a welder in almost 3 years now, but I can hang with stick and MIG but TIG is a struggle. That is to say if I haven't lost the feel for it.

I can shake the rust off doing my Cab Mount Chop lol

We all doing the same thing. I had to fly back to anchorage for work and do a 14 day quarantine in a extended stay hotel with no contact with people before flying into the minesite. Company paying for all of it.

Goodness that would seem clean though I would think. I don’t mind being stuck at home but a hotel room? Idk

Good morning 42 degrees here Chris is kinda crazy for May. They say we could be into the 20’s overnight this weekend and we got part of the garden planted so going to have to cover it up somehow

36° here. 29° tonight. I've never seen these kinds of temps in May.
