Saw your Tiger Moth in another thread, and figured I'd say hello over here. Aside from your age and love of Tacoma's, that also shows there's some common ground. Those are very cool rigs, I've been eyeballin'. Personally leaning toward the Opus, however. I'm a minimalist tenter, but these old bones creak more everytime I try to get off the ground. Time will tell. Hope it was a good weekend camping with the other geezers.

And to @Taco critter , well goodness, starting down that path takes some courage brother. Congratulations.

Good morning you are welcome anytime. The dealer I work with for the camper also had the Opus. They’re twice the price and twice the size and weight. Very nice campers that is indisputable but just more than what we needed or wanted. The Tiger Moth is very simple basically a hard sided tent on wheels. It just suits is and it’s fun.

Didn't realize the TM is that reasonable. I saw both 'in the wild' at the same campground in Maine last summer. Just very cool. My lady likes the space of the Opus. They make a an 'Opus Lite' that is a small box with one wing, and that roll out kitchen/fridge apparatus which is the kicker. She loves, actually loves, to prepare food. Right now she works from rubbermaid totes and a cooler, and I do my best to
    assist.

Typical setup, all stores under the Bestop pretty well. (Better pic)

Dig the truck too, and intend to dig into that part of this thread.
