I would need to purchase the equipment, and someone to show me how the first time.

I'll figure it out eventually but with no education it makes it more of a daily challenge

No plasma on a rivet head unless you have a washing tip. Rivets can be a pain but doesn't have to be so bad. Grind the rivet head off down to shank diameter, knock off the piece your trying to remove, cut the shank down flush with the surface, drill the center out , drive it out with an air hammer and if it wants to be stubborn to get going throw a little heat to it hence the hole you drilled. Not that I really know about this shit it's still a little time consuming

    Skids:

Finished up the skids today. The IFS skid was installed last week. I had to unmodify the trans skid from the 4cyl to get it to work on this truck. That got done Saturday and everything repainted. This morning installed the trans skid and the t-case skid having to drill the holes in the frame rails but it's done.

Rewired the harness for the underhood lighting and converted it to working with a toggle switch that I mounted on the relay panel

Very nice! You cleaned them up, good as new. Before the dust and grime was so bad i could barely read the brand. Those are great investments. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.
