The lazy ass in the metal shop decided he didn't want to do this project so it was given to me. I was tasked with cutting about the top third of a 20 foot wide snow blade off to lighten it and give better visibillity. I have 5 total to do. Good thing I don't know what I' doing.LOL Tractor is a John Deere 7730 so not a little machine. I still have to finish grinding it and cap it with a piece of 4" heavy angle

    cut line

    and cut

I’m starting to believe it’s that way everywhere. The rules have been written to protect the lazy and worthless to the point it’s too difficult to get rid of them ... seems most managers won’t even try. :notsure:

Abort rant ... I’m in a mood tonight ... I need my Phoenix break with the grandkids bad.

I feel you on that. I have my own opinions on how and why this has happened.

That's some serious steel. How much do you think that piece you chopped off weighs? Wow.

I was thinking about busting out my burner tonight but i haven't used it in... m... 20+ years so i was feeling kinda nervous about it. Acetylene scares me. Maybe tomorrow.

Man I just can't give up the old school cooler and ice! Those look nice though. I have been going back and forth on if it is worth the $$$ or not to get one.
